BellatRx is a mid-market, privately held packaging equipment manufacturer focused on growth and increasing its market share in North America and Internationally.
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead and direct BellatRx’s sales organization and report to the President.
If you can self-direct, can lead, and manage a sales organization to desired outcomes and have the ability to work independently of direct oversight, this is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate.
We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing with the following:
- The ability to self-direct.
- A quick study, the ability to grasp and run with concepts.
- Proven ability to maximize growth and the P&L.
- Ability to play a key role on the executive team.
- 6+ years of building, developing, and managing remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Comfortable with travel.
BellatRx offers a highly competitive compensation package: base salary plus commissions., and a group insurance plan.
