TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR – Packaging Machines

Reporting directly to the department supervisor, the Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of all technical support and warranty-related issues. answering all service and warranty-related questions and ensuring the timely resolution of any technical support-related issue with our products by issuing service tickets, monitoring the status of the service tickets, communicating regularly with our customers, and working closely with all other necessary departments.

HERE ARE WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE IF YOU JOINED THE TEAM:

  • Support customers by answering questions (phone or email) related to the operation of our products, preventive maintenance inquiries, technical difficulties, and the application of our warranty agreements.
  • Manage open service tickets and oversee the resolution of service tickets by escalating and coordinating with the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
  • Support Field Service Technicians while they are at customer facilities, tradeshows, SATs, etc.
  • Support customers by ordering the appropriate spare & change parts in accordance with our internal procedures.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of BellatRx’s products, production methods, and service and warranty terms of service.
  • Help update company policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Keep organized and detailed records and files and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM / ERP database.
  • Provide general data entry and administrative support to the Aftermarket Service department.
  • Engage customers on work performed to solicit feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote additional products and services.  

COULD YOU BE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE? HERE’S A GLIMPSE OF WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Minimum high school diploma (DEP in electro mechanics or a related technical field an asset).
  • 1-year experience in a similar technical support role and/or field service of industrial equipment (3 years preferred).
  • Bilingual, English, and French (knowledge of Spanish is an asset)
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical line packaging or related equipment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CAD software such as Inventor is an asset.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of an ERP system (Syteline would be an asset)
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to travel an asset.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.00 pm
