Chemical packaging equipment has unique requirements related to purity, and corrosion resistance. In addition, environments tend to dictate robust splash-proof build.
Through many successful projects and installations globally, BellatRx has developed special expertise in chemical packaging equipment such as packaging high purity chemicals, solvents, paints, adhesives, acids, and caustics. We understand the special requirements needed to ensure proper equipment operation, robust build to ensure long equipment life, and special considerations to ensure operator safety.
Additionally, we have expertise in special equipment builds from clean room to Class 1 Div 1 intrinsically safe builds. Each project has its unique characteristics due to the specifics of the chemicals being packaged, or the environment where the packaging line will be installed. We have seen a lot of applications and we look forward to sharing our packaging expertise with you to deliver a successful project.

Polyurethane coated jugs
For some hazardous chemicals packaged in glass containers, the containers are coated with a thin layer of polyurethane layer on the external surfaces. This layer is meant to contain the content and glass should the container be accidentally dropped to avoid injury and hazard to individuals. This coating changes the characteristics of how the container behaves on a packaging line. Special considerations are needed for accumulation, backup, and handling on conveyors. The walls of the containers are sticky to other surfaces. BellatRx has developed expertise in handling theses types of containers.
